About the Role:
This pivotal leadership role will see you driving the agency’s growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, forging high-value partnerships, and converting prospects into long-standing client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring not just sales expertise but a consultative, strategic mindset and a genuine passion for brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge on identifying and converting new business opportunities aligned with the agency’s strengths and vision.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
- Develop and deliver tailored business development strategies and market entry plans.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation and pitch to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with creative, design, and project teams to craft client-winning solutions.
- Represent the agency at key industry events and act as a brand ambassador.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and emerging client needs.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven track record in Business Development at a senior level, ideally within Brand Experience, Experiential, Creative, or Events agencies.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
- Demonstrable experience of nurturing strategic partnerships and long-term client growth.
- Commercially astute with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 per annum plus Commission & Bonus
