Head of New Business
Location: London (Hybrid). This role is expected to be travelling to both existing and prospective client sites regularly with one day per week in the office in southwest London.
Salary: £75,000 to £80,000 per annum.

A leading not-for-profit healthcare provider is seeking a Head of New Business to lead on sales, marketing, and product development activities across its group. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, and offers the opportunity to shape the organisation’s growth strategy across both public sector (NHS) and private sector markets.
The Role
As Head of New Business, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of sales and marketing strategies that support the organisation’s ambitious growth objectives. You’ll manage all new business activity across NHS-facing services and support private sector business development when required.
This includes managing relationships with NHS and other healthcare commissioners, developing service propositions, overseeing promotional activity and tender submissions, and working alongside senior colleagues to shape long-term strategic opportunities.
You will also support the renewal of existing contracts and lead on identifying and securing new business opportunities across new and existing territories.
