Your Career

As Head of New Business Public Sector, you’ll take full ownership of delivering revenue growth across the UK Public Sector. You’ll be accountable for building and maintaining a robust, scalable pipeline, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and driving strong conversion rates. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, positioning MHR as the trusted partner of choice within this sector.


Your Team

You’ll lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring every Sales Executive and Sales Coach is set up for success. By fostering a culture of accountability, high standards, and continuous improvement, you’ll ensure the team consistently delivers results. You’ll also work closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and key partners to design targeted campaigns, identify high-value opportunities, and expand market reach ensuring leads are allocated effectively and sales activity is optimised.


Your Impact

Your leadership will directly shape MHR’s success in the Public Sector by delivering against ambitious growth targets and driving commercial excellence. Through accurate forecasting, effective negotiations, and efficient processes, you’ll secure major contracts and strengthen MHR’s reputation in the market. By aligning strategic vision with execution, you’ll expand our presence, create new channels for growth, and position MHR as a long-term, trusted partner for Public Sector organisations.
