Head of Operational Analysis - Well-Established Consultancy - Full Autonomy
We’re working with a well-established consultancy that’s growing its capability in strategic decision analysis. They’re looking for a Head of Operational Analysis to oversee and develop a high-performing team delivering insight-led support across multiple sectors and clients in defence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and mentor a team delivering evidence-based insights, scenario analysis, and simulation outputs.
- Partner with stakeholders to guide capability choices and long-term planning.
- Develop internal tools, methods, and frameworks to enhance decision support offerings.
- Maintain delivery standards, provide technical oversight, and contribute to commercial opportunities.
We’re looking for:
- Strong experience in quantitative or systems-based analysis within the defence industry.
- Skilled in shaping structured assessments, strategic modelling, or investment justification.
- Comfortable leading teams and working with clients across high-assurance environments.
- Prior experience in consulting or advisory roles within complex projects.
