About The Role
We are looking for an experienced operational leader to oversee and drive performance across both sites. This role is not just about getting product out the door – it’s about shaping the future. We need someone who can help secure long-term business by proving capability and building a resilient, adaptable operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational responsibility across two Carlisle sites.
- Lead, motivate, and align teams across both locations to a shared operational vision.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives using data, root cause analysis, and clear KPIs.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes.
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and staff development.
- Address legacy challenges and build readiness for future growth.
- Delegate effectively and ensure the right people are empowered to deliver.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in short shelf-life food manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production metrics and how to leverage them for performance gains.
- A hands-on leader who can roll up their sleeves and be part of the team.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change and modernise legacy operations.
- Skilled in team development, with the ability to unify and inspire large, diverse teams.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight timelines.
