Head of Operations

Pearse Partners is a fast growing financial services focused recruitment agency, founded in London and now expanding internationally with the opening of a New York office.

Part of the Pearse Group including Pearse Professionals and Rutherford Search together we form group of financial services focused boutique agencies partnering with Investment Banks, Private Equity and Hedge Funds.

We're entering a new phase of our growth journey and looking for a Head of Operations to join our team, playing a pivotal role in our geographical and headcount growth.

This role will work across both Pearse Partners and Pearse Professionals.

Role

This role will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations required to grow and scale a business. The role is dynamic and not limited to the below, but as a steer:

• Oversee the day to day operations of the London office
• Design and implement scalable processes
• Implement technology changes, staying one step ahead of market changes
• Lead on operational planning for market expansion, including being the lead of the New York office opening
• Working alongside the finance team on financial and compliance requirements
• Working with the sales team on PSL and client onboarding
• Collaborating with the leadership team to move the business through to the next stage of growth and beyond.

This is a hands on role that would suit an experienced operation manager looking for the next step or a head of operations with experience in a recruitment or professional services firm to take ownership of the department.
