Description

A rapidly expanding, global fixed income / credit Hedge Fund fund, are looking to hire a head of operations for their London office.

The hire will oversee a small team of ops juniors, working a role that in hands-on, management, oversight of what is outsourced and also project based (focused on infrastructure buildouts). It covers a wide range of fixed income / credit strategies and as such, it requires a very close liaison with leading investment professionals, as their first point of contact.

Candidates should be looking to step up into the role, ideally with 7-15yrs experience in buy-side operations. Extensive experience specific to fixed income / credit is essential.

The role is likely to pay a strong performer anything up to a £225k TC year one, with upside from year two.
