LOCATION - KENT - Hybrid (Potential to be remote)

THE COMPANY

A growing digital performance agency with a strong presence in the market from their work with internationally recognised brands are looking for a Head of Paid Media to support a team of 5!

THE ROLE

As a Head of Paid Media, you will be involved in the following:

• Leading and developing a high-performing Paid Media team
• Owning strategy and overseeing delivery across Search and Social
• Getting hands-on in the platforms when needed
• Working closely with internal teams including Digital PR, Content, Data, and Account Management
• Presenting performance insights, technical recommendations, and strategic updates to clients
• Making commercial observations that influence account growth
• Collaborating with external creative, ATL, product, tech, and marketing teams
• Managing brand protection, exposure, and acquisition growth across multiple channels

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience in Paid Search
• Additional experience in Paid Social preferred
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced agency environment
• Comfortable owning KPIs and driving delivery outcomes
• Confident interpreting measurement and performance data
