The key aim of this role is to ensure the laboratory has 24/7 access to the data and information needed to provide essential services which meets the needs and requirements of the pathology users in a timely manner.
- providing first line specialist Pathology IT support, installation of relevant hardware and software, or the escalation of these needs to the Trust IT team where appropriate.
- pathology first line support Winpath Enterprise, ICE Desktop, eCare and Microsoft 365 suite, Q-Pulse and other systems.
