We are recruiting for a Head of People & Culture to join our team on a full time permanent basis.
Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your time and location of work accordingly.
In this role, you will provide strategic and coherent leadership of the People and Culture function, helping MAN Truck & Bus UK achieve its objectives through the effective management of people. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that cover all areas of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organisational development.
