he Role
We have exciting expansion plans and finding fantastic people to join the team is vital to those. As we embark on our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Head of People to lead Recruitment and Business Partnering across our Private and Corporate divisions in the UK, Spain, France, Portugal and Ireland – with Cyprus and Greece coming soon. In this role, you’ll partner with C-Suite Executives and their leadership teams, be able to have a meaningful impact on Lumon’s future strategy and success, and will report directly to



the CPO.
