Our People team are looking for an experienced Head of People Operations to join them on an interim FTC basis.

At Baringa we have a People team of 80+ employees globally, 14 of which work within our People Operations team. The People Operations team work at the heart of the People team, effectively collaborating with our stakeholders to support the recruitment, new joiner and employee lifecycle of our people and leadership, whilst ensuring optimal efficiency and output as Baringa grows

This role reports directly into the HR Director, and will have overall responsibility for a team of 13 employees.

What you will be doing

• You will have overall accountability for our Recruitment Operations, Employee Screening and HR Operations at Baringa, working with key stakeholders across Baringa Enablement and the Consulting business to ensure optimal processes, policies, and best practice globally

Proven track record in managing HR systems and people MI.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead teams through change

Analytical mindset with proven experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence
