About the team:
Are you keen to join a well-established and respected Governance & Secretariat Team? If so, we are recruiting for a Head of PLC Governance to support the team through the next stage of their exciting transformation journey. We are looking for a qualified governance professional with regulated experience to assist with day-to-day governance, share administration, board support and management of critical transformation projects. If you are a team player and solution driven, this is the role for you.
What you will be doing:
As the Head of PLC Governance, you will assist in the operation of the Group Governance Office function and will undertake deputising duties for the Group Head of Corporate Governance as and when required. This role leads the delivery and advisory element of on good corporate governance and best practice, which is underpinned by a robust corporate governance framework.
The role is hybrid with main base located in Chatham (Kent), requiring travel to other OSB offices (i.e. London) for meetings from time to time.
