Head of PMO

Head of PMO | Up to £900 per day, Inside IR35 | Hybrid, London

I am partnered with a high-growth, global, FinTech company looking for a Head of PMO. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader who can build the program & project delivery capability across the business.

Responsibilities:

💎Design, implement, and lead a best-in-class PMO function across the full portfolio

💎Develop governance structures, reporting frameworks, and delivery methodologies (Agile)

💎Drive prioritisation, resource planning, and risk management at the enterprise level

💎Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and ensure program alignment with strategic objectives

💎Lead, mentor, and grow a team of project and program managers

Requirements:

✔7+ years experience building and scaling PMO functions in FinTech

✔Deep understanding of project/program management methodologies and tools

✔Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex program portfolios

💰 Up to £900 per day, Inside IR35
