Our client is looking for a Head of Product & Technology to lead product and engineering organisations. This role will focus on innovation, market expansion, and enhancing digital solutions
This is an Athens-based role and fluency in Greek is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and a unified product and technology vision
- Lead and scale the engineering function
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from development to launch
- Ensure alignment with business goals and market trends
- Attract, retain, and grow top talent across product management, software engineering, QA, and DevOps
Qualifications:
- 12+ years in technology and product roles, with at least 5 years in senior management
- Proven track record in fintech
