We’re looking for a Head of Property & Estates to lead the strategic and operational direction of our property portfolio. This is a pivotal senior leadership role where your decisions directly shape the lives of the people we support, and your impact will be felt across every service, every home, every day.

You’ll lead everything from acquisition and development to compliance and maintenance, ensuring our estate evolves in line with our ambition and the needs of the people we support. Whether you're planning our next transformative development or making sure every corner of our current sites is safe, accessible, and welcoming, you’ll be at the heart of how we make a difference.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the strategic direction of our property and estate’s function
• Driving forward property acquisition, development, and investment
• Ensuring compliance, safety, and sustainability across all sites
• Building strong relationships with Registered Providers, partners, and suppliers
• Using data, insight, and collaboration to create inclusive, person-centred environments
• Acting as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, influencing organisation-wide strategy

What we’re looking for:

You’re a strategic leader with an operational edge, confident managing complexity, budgets, and partnerships. You bring experience of working in regulated environments (care, housing, or health) and know what it takes to maintain high standards while preparing for future growth.

More than that, you believe in doing things with, not for, leading with humanity, not hierarchy. You are values driven, responsive to challenge, and not afraid to ask, “How can we do this better?”

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience leading a property/estates/asset management function
• Deep understanding of compliance and health & safety
• Experience in development, acquisitions, and supplier management
• A Level 7 qualification or equivalent in property, asset management, or leadership
• Professional membership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, IWFM) is desirable
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel
