The TeamOur Sales team is all about driving revenue growth by seeking out and securing new business opportunities. With a deep expertise in selling complex technical solutions , they work strategically on new business accounts. At the core of their mission is developing new business. The team works closely with Client Services on account expansion and growth, and collaborates with account management, marketing, tech, and customer success to make sure our solutions truly align with client needs, delivering exceptional value and satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing
As our Head of Sales, you’ll be the linchpin between the sales team and the boardroom, providing the strategic direction and leadership to supercharge our growth. You’ll be a hands-on leader, shaping our sales strategy, mentoring the team, and ensuring we have the right tools and processes in place to break new ground.
You’ll also be responsible for the following key areas:
Strategic & Commercial
- Develop and own the overall sales strategy, aligned with CTI's growth objectives.
- Identify and prioritise target sectors and clients, with a focus on digital services and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with our Marketing team to align campaigns, lead generation, and messaging with sales objectives.
- Provide regular insight to leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.
Team & Leadership
- Recruit, retain, and develop sales talent, ensuring the team has the right structure and capabilities for growth.
- Set clear KPIs, goals, and incentives to drive accountability and performance.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sales function and with cross-functional teams, including delivery, client services, and finance.
Operational Excellence
- Implement consistent sales processes, playbooks, and best practices across the team.
- Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to the board.
- Take ownership of the CRM and sales tooling ecosystem, ensuring high adoption and data quality and introducing automation, reporting dashboards, and other innovations to improve efficiency and visibility.
Client & Revenue Growth
- Personally lead on strategic pitches and relationship-building with high-value prospects.
- Support account growth by partnering with delivery and client services teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Champion the client experience throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth handover into delivery.

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and securing new business.
- The ability to define and implement a cohesive sales strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and using data to drive decision-making.
- A confident and clear communicator who can provide strategic direction to a team and present complex information to senior leadership.
- A talent for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a sales team to reach their full potential.
- A proactive mindset when it comes to optimising processes and leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
- A background in selling complex technical solutions, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
