The Head of Production oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of MR PORTER’s creative output across all departments. This leadership role requires an experienced, solution-oriented individual to manage budgets, workflows, and timelines, ensuring all content meets the brand’s world-class standards.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations across creative and editorial teams
- Forecast, plan, and manage annual production budgets
- Liaise with finance and leadership to optimise cost efficiency
- Manage resource allocation and prioritise short and long-term creative needs
- Lead planning and workflow meetings, ensuring progress and quality standards
- Support the execution of large-scale brand projects and innovations
- Implement and communicate workflow improvements
- Collaborate with legal on IP, image rights, and contributor agreements
- Serve as liaison with agencies, creative partners, and key contributors
- Lead and develop a high-performing production team through structured reviews and mentoring
