The role

As Head of Software Engineering, you will:

• Lead and grow a team of Engineers and Technical Leads
• Define and deliver our engineering strategy
• Champion DevOps, CI/CD and cloud-native best practice
• Partner with Product, UX and Delivery to ship high-quality products at scale
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and learning

What we are looking for

We are looking for a senior engineering leader with experience in:

• Distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• CI/CD, automation and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• High-traffic platforms (e-commerce or bookings a plus)
• Building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
