We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Solutions Architecture or Senior Pre-Sales Leader ready to take the next big step. If you currently work for a Top 100 Value Added Reseller (VAR) or MSP, this is an opportunity to lead a high-performing EMEA team at scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow a talented Solutions Architecture / Pre-Sales team across EMEA.
- Shape and execute strategy, drive transformation, and deliver measurable results.
- Work closely with Sales, Vendors, and Partners to design cutting-edge IT solutions (Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, etc.).
- Be the technical face of the business – influence at C-level and with strategic partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership in Pre-Sales / Solutions Architecture within a major VAR/MSP.
- Strong technical background across multiple enterprise stacks.
- Experience managing and scaling dispersed teams.
- A passionate technologist who leads from the front.
