We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Senior Transformation Leader for Technology & Operations, is responsible for driving strategic transformation across technology delivery, with a deep focus on Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Agile methodologies, and end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) governance. The role holder will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Domain Models to improve alignment between technology architecture and business capabilities.
This individual will also serve as a champion of organizational change, influencing structural, cultural, and process shifts across large-scale, cross-functional environments. With deep technical acumen and significant experience leading transformation at senior executive levels, this leader will shape and execute the long-term vision for modern software delivery and tech-enabled business strategy.
Responsible for all the Program Delivery of all GTM Implementation within UK as the representative leader for T&O.

- Lead organizational change management initiatives, including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and adoption strategies.
- Work with business and technology leaders to evolve ways of working, shift team mindsets, and align leadership on transformation goals.
- Drive cultural transformation to embed agile, product-oriented thinking across technology and business units.
- Managing and enhancing the service relationship between SDS and the Application and Digital Teams.
- Providing the stakeholder management interface, developing and managing relationships with the stakeholders.
- Managing local resources to ensure that relevant management information is produced, KPIs and NPS, to measure performance.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to align delivery frameworks and reporting.
- Lead engagement with external consultancies, vendors, and platform providers for technical services and transformation delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end SDLC management, ensuring quality, agility, scalability, and regulatory compliance – this is a key skill and experience to enable implementation of the Global Model.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrable experience in managing and delivering large/complex scale global transformational programmes.
- Significant senior leadership experience (Head of/Assistant Director/Director level) in organisational development, change, or people transformation within financial services.
- Demonstrable expertise in designing and scaling Domain Models and bounded contexts for enterprise systems.
- Proven experience implementing Agile at scale with hands-on knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- In-depth understanding of full SDLC from requirements to release and support, including Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall environments.
- Deep technical leadership in areas such as cloud, microservices, integration architectures, and platform modernization.
- Proficiency in guiding and supporting individuals and teams through organisational shifts, including overcoming resistance to change.
- Comprehensive understanding of how all organisation sub-functions collectively integrate within the organisation to contribute to achieving the objectives of the business unit.
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices to improve products/services or processes to suit customer’s needs.
- Track record of managing senior stakeholders, influencing at exec level, and translating strategy into execution.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues ensuring they have the right technical abilities to effectively deliver the Service Management and operational requirements for IT projects into the production environment across a set of functional/business areas. Experience of building and managing technical teams including coaching and mentoring
- Extensive experience in managing relationships with 3rd party vendors, external consultancies and platform providers for technical services and transformation delivery.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory themes like Consumer Duty and ESG, and management of risk and compliance standards.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
