💼 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:

Leading the charge on strategic growth across GB.

Building relationships with major house builders, tier 1 contractors, architects, and engineers. Inspiring and managing a team of 6 high-performing professionals. Collaborating across departments to align strategy with execution. Reporting directly to our GB Sales Director and shaping the future of our business.

✅ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

A proven leader in strategic sales, commercial, or business development, ideally in construction or building products.

Someone who knows the GB construction market inside out.

A relationship-builder who can engage stakeholders at every level.

A commercially sharp mind with a heart for leadership and growth.

🙌 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝘁:

A salary of £60k - £70k and OTE uncapped commission, Company Car or Car Allowance, 31 days of holidays with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days and the potential to earn more based on length of service. Health Care Plan, 5% employer pension contributions with an option for salary pension exchange, Life assurance at twice your salary.
