Job Overview
Head of Technical Learning for is a key member of the Portfolio, Investment and Business Services Leadership Team. Acting as the central point of accountability for all aspects of technical learning across Technical Services (TS). This role is pivotal in shaping a compelling future focused learning culture aligned to TS’s long-term business objectives
The role will also lead the Technical Training Services (TTS) team, ensuring training design and delivery continues to evolve in line with regulatory standards, business needs and technological advancement. Including governing engineering competency as Business Process Owner (BPO) and embedding the new engineering apprenticeship scheme. Work closely with NATS Strategic learning partners to ensure there is forward-thinking approach to technical learning
The Head of Technical Learning will be accountable for delivering the remainder of the 5-year learning transformation plan, integrating it with wider transformation initiatives and enhancing the impact of learning across TS. Central to this role is driving innovation in learning practice, modernising content, delivery methods, and developing commercial opportunities
