This senior role focuses on shaping the technical vision for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and emerging AI capabilities, ensuring solutions are modern, scalable, and innovative. You would lead technical strategy, guide architectural standards, mentor a team of architects and engineers, and act as a trusted adviser to clients on complex transformation programmes.

Expertise:

Microsoft Business Applications

Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and other Microsoft business applications.
Strong experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Ability to design and implement integrated, scalable business solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge & Relationships

Strong understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem

, including cloud services, AI, and analytics tools.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with Microsoft stakeholders, including engineering, field, or partner teams.

Able to translate Microsoft roadmap and product developments into practical client solutions.

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Skilled at defining technical strategy and architecture for enterprise-scale business applications and AI-enhanced solutions.
Hands-on credibility with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
Experienced in guiding delivery teams to implement high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Experienced in mentoring and leading senior architects, engineers, and developers.

Required Experience & Skills
Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and familiarity with other D365 modules or ERP workloads.

Strong architectural experience leading enterprise-scale solutions and multi-team implementations.

Background in consulting or professional services, ideally with exposure to multiple sectors (public sector, healthcare, financial services, commercial).

Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence technical decisions.

Experienced in mentoring and developing technical teams to foster a high-performing culture.

Strong interest in AI and emerging Microsoft technologies, with the ability to translate them into practical business solutions.
