What you’ll do at Elekta :
Your role will include but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to position treatment planning and plan analytics solutions in key markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and licensing arrangements to drive growth.
- Oversee GTM, digital campaigns, and brand communications to enhance market visibility and engagement.
Product & Market Analytics
- Evaluate product ROI and economic value to support long term strategies and healthcare adoption.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform product and commercial strategy.
- Collaborate closely with product management and R&D to ensure marketing plans align with innovation pipeline.
Market Access & Reimbursement
- Design and implement strategies for market access, including payer engagement, health economics, and reimbursement support.
- Ensure alignment with regional market needs and regulatory environments.
Brand Strategy & Licensing
- Lead brand positioning efforts and ensure consistency across global markets.
- Manage brand licensing initiatives to extend market reach while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with global and regional teams, including Sales, Product Management, Clinical, and Regulatory, to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
What you bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA degree and experience in radiation oncology preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in radiation oncology with at least 5 years in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of treatment planning, plan analytics, and market access in healthcare or medtech.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies and business development initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a complex, matrixed environment.
- This role will require at least 50% of local and global travel
