Head of USA – DNA Recruit (Remote – UK)

As Head of USA, you will spearhead DNA’s growth in the American market, taking full ownership of our US operations. You will be responsible for building and deepening strategic client relationships, driving business development, and leading a high-performing transatlantic team to deliver a best-in-class recruitment service.


Core Responsibilities

  • Utilize DNA’s established UK and European client base to build strong transatlantic relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Leverage our growing USA client portfolio, particularly across healthcare and consumer agencies, to accelerate market penetration.
  • Build new business relationships with key ICPs within the US advertising agency space.
  • Lead and grow a US-focused team spanning the UK, USA, and South Africa, ensuring a “white glove” service to every client.
  • Manage a US-focused resourcer, consultant, and partner closely with a Business Development Manager to deliver on targets.
  • Develop and execute core sales and revenue strategies for the US market, reporting directly to the CEO.


Is this you?

  • 8+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within creative, marketing, healthcare marketing, or digital sectors.
  • Proven ability to build and grow client accounts in the US market.
  • Strong business development track record with a network across agencies and brands.
  • Experience in leading and motivating multi-location teams.
  • Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
