We’re looking for a Head of Workforce Recruitment & Compliance to take charge of our recruitment, onboarding, and compliance strategy. This is your chance to shape the future of workforce delivery in a fast-paced, tech-enabled organisation that's redefining the healthcare sector.
Role Title : Head of Workforce Recruitment & Compliance
Reporting to: Director of Workforce
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in our Bristol office (Beacon Tower, BS1 4U)
Salary: From £50,000 (DOE) + Annual Bonus
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
As Head of Workforce Recruitment & Compliance, you’ll lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of our national recruitment and compliance function. You’ll ensure the right healthcare professionals are recruited in the right places - while upholding the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and candidate experience.
You’ll also oversee our offshore partnerships, ensuring standards are consistently met and exceeded.
