Globe Workforce Solutions are looking for an ambitious and commercially astute individual to spearhead the growth of our innovative MSP and project-based workforce solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of recruitment in both the public and private healthcare sectors, partnering with senior stakeholders and challenging outdated models.
- Work alongside a visionary Director with a proven track record of winning and delivering high-value MSP contracts.
- Drive end-to-end business growth – from opportunity spotting and bid strategy to implementation and long-term delivery.
- Take existing relationships up the value chain – moving from transactional recruitment to strategic MSP and RPO solutions.
- Be the face of innovation at industry events, leading conversations around the NHS 10-Year Plan, CDCs, and Neighbourhood Health Hubs.
- Own and lead strategic business development for Workforce Solutions (MSP, RPO, and insourcing).
- Identify and win high-value contracts across NHS Trusts, private healthcare, and enterprise accounts.
- Build and present compelling workforce solutions, leveraging our reputation as a trusted market leader.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Client Engagement teams to ensure flawless delivery from tender through BAU.
- Lead framework strategy, ensuring Globe Locums is represented and positioned for success on all major healthcare frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement, customer retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Champion our presence at key industry events and act as a thought leader in the healthcare workforce arena.
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, ideally with exposure to MSP, RPO, or project-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of VMS/ATS technology and the broader healthcare staffing ecosystem.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and solution-selling expertise.
- A commercially sharp, relationship-driven mindset with a passion for growing enterprise accounts.
- Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to influence at C-suite level.
