We’re now looking for a Health & Safety Administrator to join our team on a temporary fixed-term contract for a minimum of six months. If you’re organised, proactive, and ready to support the day-to-day running of our vital health and safety function, we’d love to hear from you.
About The Role
As a Health & Safety Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Group Health & Safety team. You’ll help keep our systems running smoothly, ensure records are accurate, and assist in coordinating training and meetings. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where your attention to detail and organisational skills will make a real impact.
This is a temporary fixed term position for a minimum of six months, working on a full time basis (36.25 hours per week). You’ll benefit from a hybrid working arrangement, spending two days per week in our Leyland office and the rest working from home.
What You’ll Do
Provide efficient administrative support to the Health & Safety team
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate training sessions
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support meetings, compliance tracking, and toolbox talks
- Contribute to improving processes and data reporting
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in administration (ideally within health & safety or housing)
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and communicating with colleagues
- A team player with a people-first approach
