At Krispy Kreme, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality doughnuts while ensuring the safety and well-being of our team members. We’re seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to help us maintain a safe and compliant work environment across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Development & Implementation: Create, review, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Risk Assessments & Audits: Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Training & Awareness: Deliver engaging health and safety training sessions to staff and management, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures.
• Compliance Monitoring:

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a health and safety advisory role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UK health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Skills: Strong communication, training, and report-writing abilities.
• Car & Driving Licence: Essential as travel will be required
