Hiring: Health and Safety Manager
Location: Broughton, Cheshire (Onsite)
Our client is hiring for a Health & Safety professional with experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or Construction.
Skills:
- A minimum NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Proven experience in liaising with senior stakeholders, driving safety initiatives, and building strong working relationships.
- Strong understanding and practical application of CDM Regulations 2015 – CDM experience is essential.
- Solid background in compliance auditing, risk assessments, and EHS inspections within FM or construction environments.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of EHS processes across complex infrastructure and building projects.
- Drive safety performance with internal teams and service providers.
- Conduct site inspections, contractor assessments, and compliance audits.
- Promote safety culture at every level, from leadership to the shop floor.
