Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health & safety policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure a safe working environment.
• Deliver training and guidance to staff on health & safety best practices.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a positive safety culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Health & Safety management role.
• Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
