The SHEA Manager will focus on our North region but with some national working when supporting the team. ​Partnering across all our social housing customers. The role is hybrid, with a base from our Warrington office.

With responsibility for regional SHEA Advisors and our Electrical, Gas and Passive Fire Compliance teams you will work closely with our operational teams, supply chain partners and clients to develop a strong safety and assurance culture which strives to deliver excellence to our customer

s.This is a hands on, people focused role, that will require you to work with a range of stakeholders. t YouAs a SHEA Manager you will hold relevant qualifications including NEBOSH (General Construction) IOSH Member (desirable), Asbestos Awareness, Scaffold Inspection. P405 and Environmental qualifications advantageous. Experience working with a partnered approach to Safety along with the ability to lead an ambitious team is essential to the role. Candidates should have strong IT skills with the ability to adapt to using new software. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail skills, and be a confident communicator with a self starter, conscientious approach focused on delivering it right, first time, for our custo
