b Purpose
To support the HR Training Delivery team in the development and the delivery of training courses and assessment of employee competence to ensure the operational safety and capability of colleagues across the business, satisfying both current and future strategic needs of the

business.
Accountabilities & Respo

• nsibilities
  Develop course content which can be mapped onto recognised water industry frameworks and ensures compliance with regulatory, statutory and legislator guidance and
• requirementsDesign / source learning solutions that will guide the development of our training
• curriculumsDeliver training and competence assessments to ensure employees have role-specific and task-specific technical knowledge and practical skills to competently and safely undertake their role whilst complying with regulatory, statutory and legislator guidance and r
• equirements.The delivery of training will be predominantly at Leigh and Bolton Training Centres, with frequent travel required across the region, including at our satellite training locations at Kendal a
• nd Carlisle.Work with the Learning Systems Specialist in building and delivering ‘blended learnin
• g’ solutionsProactively obtain employee feedback to evaluate and review success of training and assessment approach and delivery and take appropriate rem
• edial actionWork with Health and Safety Business Partners and Business Area SMEs to review existing training solutions and develop new solutions to meet future training requirements to ensure all curriculum offerings are fit for purpose and relev
