Are you looking for a fulfilling, worthwhile and secure job? Would you like to have a job that makes a real difference? Come and join the team at Lilian Faithfull Care, a charity in Gloucestershire offering exceptional care for the elderly in six care homes and two day care hubs.
Pay: starter £12.50 - £13.00 * £1 Weekend enhancements , 40p/hour medication allowance once trained + benefits. All breaks paid plus additional enhancements (weekends/meds)
Wagestream -Access to Wagestream - allows you to transfer a percentage of your earned wages directly into your bank account at any point in the pay period.
Job type: Full and Part-time (we are a flexible team) Type: Permanent
About You
You might already have experience of caring or you might be looking for a career change. You could be looking to rejoin the work force after semi retirement .As long as you are compassionate, caring, and have good communication skills we can offer all the training and support you need to become a Care Assistant with us.

About The Job
As a Care Assistant, every day will be different, you will be assisting people with their daily lives whilst always ensuring dignity and respect. This will include helping with mobility, personal hygiene, dressing and feeding, and encouraging independence. You will be working as a team (and shifts will include weekends and evenings on a rota basis).
