About The Role
Our Health Sector E2E Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects play a pivotal role in:
- Shaping and advancing our sector technology & architectural reference assets to ensure they remain at the cutting edge.
- Crafting visionary targets tech enabled business platforms and strategic roadmaps to get there for clients undergoing complex transformations.
- Fostering innovation and leading the growth of our technology & architectural capabilities by implementing advanced architectural and technological strategies that drive exceptional business outcomes.
They lead in originating, solutioning, designing and delivering complex transformations within the sector to enable these outcomes
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Working with our Industry and Technology teams you will be Architecting innovative E2E Architecture solutions comprising multiple technologies and designing the roadmap for change required.
- Working closely with Tier 1 customers (with stakeholders including Chief Clinical Information Officers, Chief Digital Information officers, Clinical and Non-Clinical leads) in the health vertical to bring outside in perspectives and solutions to accelerate their business strategies through adoption of new and emerging technologies.
- Mentoring and guiding the teams under you to build our next generation of architects and accelerate the growth of our capabilities
- Technical oversight of multiple projects / programmes deliveries ensuring the architectural vision set at the beginning of transformation is met
The Role is for You if You Have
- Experience and understanding of NHS National Architecture, Local Trust integration standards, business and technology architecture.
- Experience in BIM, IoT, Robotics, Digital Twin, NHS National datasets. An understanding of national screening programmes (desirable) applied in a health care setting is a plus.
- Experience of core clinical and non-clinical systems, ie. Electronic Patient Records, Shared care Records, Patient Portals, etc.
- Distinctive skills in E2E Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven leadership in shaping and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver intricate solutions
- Strong familiarity with the health sector's vendor landscape, with leading certifications (e.g. TOGAF, Epiq, Cerner experience, agile methodologies e.g. SAFe) and eagerness to pursue them.
- Thorough understanding of the Cloud, data, and AI markets and technologies.
- Expertise in managing senior stakeholders such as Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO), Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO), Health leads, including C suite, Director / head of practices
