We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Navigator to join our Primary Care team at HMP Isle of Wight, a category B male training prison. Located on the Isle of Wight, 8 minutes from St Mary’s Hospital and 26 minutes away from Cowes Ferry Terminal.

In this role you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed.

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £35,644 per annum - depending on experience.

Hours

37 hours- 8 hour shift patterns

8am-4pm

9am-5pm
