One side is the Holiday Inn London Heathrow Express featuring 457 bedrooms, an express bar and café, offering all-day dining with simple, honest food, and a lively bar. The other side is the upscale Crowne Plaza London- Heathrow Hotel with 304 elegant bedrooms, 13 suites and 4 high-tech meeting rooms. A bit about what you will do...

• Our Security Supervisor will perform hotel security duties and follow procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property.
• Promote safe workplace by identifying hazards, conduct risk assessments, enforce safety policies and provide training.
• Inspect the work environment and facilities to identify safety concerns and ensure compliance.
• Developing and implementing emergency procedures, including managing first aid provisions and responding to emergencies
• Conduct fire alarm checks, exit and perform fire drills.
• Assist the Security Manager in implementing security measures for the visits of guests and VIPs to the hotel and surrounding area.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and assist with investigations when necessary.
• Conduct security patrols ensuring no unauthorised access and addressing matters involving security, fire and health & safety.
• Conduct random checks of key registers and locker checks to ensure the hotel’s policies are adhered to and report on discrepancies.
• Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises
• Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and inform the security manager accordingly.

• Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
• Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.
• SIA Licence a must.
