Are You a Registered Nurse and Health Visitor Ready to Make a Difference?

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Health Visitors to join our team, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional care to infants, children, and families in our community.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Taking ownership of the operational and strategic management of your caseload, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care through a multidisciplinary approach

Working closely with other agencies to identify and safeguard vulnerable children and families, making a real difference in their lives

Contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of community services, helping us provide the best support possible

Managing the development, implementation, and compliance of policies, procedures, audits, and benchmarks to maintain high standards of care

Leading on staff appraisal, personal development plans, and clinical supervision to promote continuous learning and professional growth

What Were Looking For:

Registered Nurse and qualified Health Visitor with a passion for delivering child and family-centred care

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage caseloads strategically and operationally

Commitment to safeguarding and working in partnership with other agencies

Enthusiasm for developing and improving community services and standards of practice
