Acting as a subject matter expert and bringing a DEI lens to health and wellbeing, you’ll contribute to NGET’s Health & Wellbeing Strategy and delivery plan, ensuring the requirements of the Group Business Management System, UK policies and standards, are understood and implemented within the business.
You’ll engage with stakeholders, to motivate and energise leaders, empowering them to take full accountability for health, wellbeing and belonging leadership in their respective areas of the business.
Summary Of Additional Accountabilities
We’re flexible on where you’re based but we’d like to see you at our offices in Warwick once a week and there will be a need for occasional site visits. This can be combined with hybrid working from home.
