Your Role
We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager to join our team at Iris London.
It’s a great time to get stuck in — you’ll be working closely with our team focused on Healthcare, across a different variety of exciting clients, giving you the opportunity to work on multiple briefs and across different disciplines.

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in client services, helping to deliver purposeful work acrss multiple accounts.
Your day-to-day will involve (But not limited to):
- Client servicing and relationship building: To serve as a point of contact for key clients, with support from the Business Lead. To build trusted client relationships and understand their needs.
- Project delivery: Oversee and manage the delivery of a variety of commercial projects, by orchestrating internal and external stakeholders, using clear communication and organisational skills.
- Operational excellence: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring smooth delivery of work and consistent client satisfaction. Support the broader team in continual adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Reporting & Upward Management: Support the Business Lead with reporting (such as financials) and proactive upward management.
- Business growth: Support the team with new business growth initiatives.
- Healthcare: Be passionate about delivering purposeful work, with a focus on Medical device and Pharma clients.
Your clients
You’ll work across a varied mix of GLOBAL HEALTHCARE BRANDS— each with its own challenges, pace and potential.
Your clients include:
- Alcon: The Global leader in Eye Care, across Vision Care and Surgical devices. Work closely with a number of clients to deliver Commercial Programs.
- Bayer: A large pharma company in the menopause space. Working across campaigns, social, and a little bit of science, for both doctors and women.
- Convatec – A healthcare company improving chronic care. We cover business and brand strategy, product campaigns, patient videos, and more.
- Other: Opportunity to work on additional clients as the team grows.
