What Our Radiation Physics Team Delivers
You’ll be part of a highly skilled team providing a broad range of safety and technical services, including:
- Performance checks and quality control testing on diagnostic X‑ray equipment
- Development and maintenance of local rules, risk assessments and radiation safety documentation
- Expert laser safety advice
- Management of the personal dosimetry service for staff across MTW and partner organisations
- Instrument calibration services
- Support for radioactive waste and source management
- Training and education for clinical and technical staff
You’ll also provide specialist guidance on legislation, national standards and compliance, helping departments maintain safe and effective practice.
