• Title - Hedge Fund Equity Swaps Specialist - PNL T/S

• Location - London

• Salary - £100,000 to £130,000 base salary + benefits + bonus (50% to 100%) - Total Compensation up to £200k Package (Fixed & Variable)

• Working Model – 5 days in the office – supporting business directly and problem solving. Must have prior hedge fund experience - min 3 years concurrent Hedge Fund experience.

A growing Hedge Fund based in London is looking to hire an Equity Swaps Specialist - PNL T/S.

The business has been growing AUM and delivering double digit group and has ambitious plans to grow.

This role is well suited to Ops Trade Support Specialist of Finance Analyst, with current or previous direct Hedge Fund experience, focussed on commitment to covering all encompassing Hedge Fund Operations role.

• Trades support, covering Equity Swaps trade pnl and product control.
• Covering Trade PNL queries and fund accounting, NAV, and margin calls.

• Opportunities to optimise Collateral across counterparties from margin and financing for the fund.
• Business has built a margin replication and optimisation tool, and this hire will also be a product owner of this tool.
• This opportunity is ideally suited for someone who understands Equity Swap products and pnl and can be hands on across the trade support process and grow treasury and financing capabilities for the fund in London.

Prerequisite Requirements –

• Prior Hedge Fund experience - 3 to 4 years minimum experience working for a Hedge Fund is required.
• Equity Swaps product knowledge – detailed technical knowledge of what an Equity Swap trade product? *This will be an interview question.
• Can you talk through the understanding of trade economics on an Equity Swap?
• What happens from a margin perspective? How do you explain the margin process?
• The synthetic aspects, how it trades and what are the associated risks?
• An ideal candidate will be experienced ideally working in a smaller hedge fund and being hands on.
• Experience across NAV and processing across Equity Swaps.
