WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🔍

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in developing Economic dossiers and models that clearly communicate the clinical and economic value of innovative healthcare products. In this role, you will conduct economic evaluations to assess cost-effectiveness, analyse healthcare costs and outcomes data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on market access strategies across the UK and EU. The ideal candidate will have a background in a STEM discipline or Health Economics, strong quantitative skills, proficiency in English, and a passion for learning about health economics modelling and HTA processes. Experience with tools such as Excel, STATA, R, or TreeAge is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop HTA dossiers and economic models (cost effectiveness, budget impact, cost minimisation, etc.) to communicate the economic and clinical value of products to key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and patients
• Conduct economic evaluations to assess the cost-effectiveness of healthcare interventions, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and treatments
• Analyse healthcare costs, resource utilisation, and outcomes data to generate evidence supporting the economic value of a product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop HTA, HEOR and market access strategies for new and existing products
• Provide insights into pricing, reimbursement, and market access challenges based on economic and outcomes data, in clear way that is accessible to non-technical audience
• Assist in the preparation of submissions to health technology assessment (HTA) agencies across UK and EU
• Engage with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups, to understand their perspectives on healthcare value and incorporate these perspectives into research and strategies
• Be familiar with current and evolving methodologies in health economics and HTA landscape.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s qualification in STEM discipline or Health Economics education
• High attention to detail with strong quantitative and numerical skills with proficiency using Microsoft Excel (VBA) skills, STATA, R, TreeAge or similar software packages, this is welcomed but not necessary
• Excellent command of the English Language both verbal and written
• Enthusiasm for learning Health Economics modelling and HTA processes
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Desirabilities:

• Ability to independently manage tasks, including excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at any given time
• Experience in and understanding of European HTA processes.
