This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hiab Driver and Operative, based in Luton. The role involves operating Hiab vehicles, managing deliveries and collections, ensuring safe loading and unloading, and maintaining the equipment to health and safety standards. Daily responsibilities also include supporting general on-site operations, adhering to project timelines, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory procedures.

• Proven experience in operating Hiab vehicles and a valid Hiab certificate, along with a relevant driver’s license.
• Proficiency in health and safety procedures, including ensuring safe loading and unloading practices and performing vehicle checks.
• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to coordinate deliveries and adhere to project schedules effectively.
• Capable of working efficiently in an on-site environment and collaborating within a team.
• Knowledge of construction or engineering projects is advantageous.
• CSCS card and experience working on similar projects are highly desirable.
