MFT CAMHS is dedicated to delivering a variety of systemic assessments and interventions for CYP and their families. We are currently looking to hire two experienced Senior Family and Systemic Psychotherapists for our Salford and Trafford CAMHS locations, with one full time position available at each site.

Responsibilities
In the role of Family Therapy, you will manage a clinical caseload, working directly with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges, often compounded by trauma, and who may be engaged with multiple agencies and services. The primary responsibilities include:
- Providing systemic psychotherapy independently at a specialist level.
- Conducting comprehensive psychological and systemic assessments of children, young people, and families, including risk evaluation.
- Offering written and verbal systemic formulations to support evidence-based clinical interventions for children, young people, and families with complex issues.
- Implementing a specific care package of specialized therapeutic interventions, utilizing a wide range of systemic models.
- Delivering expert one-on-one clinical consultations to other clinical staff regarding the application of Family Therapy and Systemic Psychotherapy, aiding in formulation and care planning, and collaborating with team members in the delivery of individual and group programs.
- Assisting in the provision of guidance and consultancy to local teams and services of partner agencies, promoting the integration of informed systemic practice in their routine work with children, young people, and families.
- Engaging in the supervision of newly qualified systemic psychotherapists and trainees.
