What You’ll Do
- Support senior engineers on exciting projects
- Help design, plan, and manage highways and public spaces
- Get involved in site visits, contract management, and supervision
- Use tools like AutoCAD and learn on the job
- Collaborate with teams across the council and beyond
Who We’re Looking For
- Positive, proactive, and ready to learn
- Able to think creatively and solve problems
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent experience)
- Interest in engineering and improving local infrastructure
