Many of our students have faced challenges in mainstream settings, often presenting with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties, which can sometimes result in complex or volatile behaviours.
We are seeking a committed and skilled professional to manage the day-to-day operation of our designated areas for specialised and escalated behaviour support. If you have strong behaviour management skills and are passionate about supporting some of the most vulnerable young people in the borough, we encourage you to apply and join our dedicated team.
