Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London area, United Kingdom, for a Home Category Buyer at TJC. The Home Category Buyer will oversee the selection and sourcing of home goods, manage supplier relationships, and handle negotiations for cost-effective procurement. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, ensuring the category meets company objectives, and negotiating contracts while maintaining brand standards. The candidate will also manage inventory levels and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, affordable products.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Category Management and Purchasing to effectively oversee product selection and sourcing.
• Proficiency in Supplier Negotiation and Contract Negotiation to secure the best value and terms for the company.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends and inventory data for strategic decision-making.
• Experience in inventory management and understanding of market demands is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors while meeting deadlines.
