We are working with a highly regarded, premium elderly care provider to recruit an RGN Home Manager for a modern, luxury dementia nursing home.

Opened in 2020, the service supports c.70 residents across two floors, with a more supported living environment on the ground floor and a care-led model on the upper floor. Occupancy currently sits at c.90% and is typically higher, reflecting the home’s strong reputation and stability.

The role sits within a well-established, values-led organisation known for delivering exceptional dementia and nursing care through purpose-built, high-quality environments. The provider operates a portfolio of premium care homes and services across England, combining hospitality-led living with robust clinical governance and long-term investment in people and infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing, settled service with strong quality indicators already in place, including resident satisfaction consistently above 90%, staff engagement at c.80%, and a strong CQC position internally benchmarked as borderline Outstanding. Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) with strong leadership capability and experience within dementia or elderly nursing care.

This role would suit:

• An experienced Home Manager from a quality-led dementia or luxury care environment, or
• A high-performing Deputy Manager from a larger, premium service who is genuinely ready to step up

You’ll be:

• Clinically credible and confident leading multidisciplinary teams
• Values-driven, with a strong focus on resident experience and staff engagement
• Comfortable maintaining high standards within an already high-performing service
• A leader with demonstrable longevity and emotional intelligence

Essential Criteria

• RGN qualification with active NMC registration
• Senior leadership experience within elderly or dementia care
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and governance
• Ability to lead culture, quality, and performance with confidence

The home is located in Cheshire and is commutable within approximately one hour from the following locations:

Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach, Winsford, Middlewich, Northwich, Chester, Stoke-on-Trent, Congleton, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Wilmslow, Altrincham, Northwich, Warrington, Runcorn, Ellesmere Port, Wrexham, Whitchurch, Market Drayton, North Staffordshire, South Manchester, and surrounding areas.
